GRAND OPENING JULY 30, 2011--啟用典禮

IMPERIAL PARK RECREATION CENTER - 糖城康樂活動中心(暫未正式確定中文名字)

The city of Sugar Land will host a grand opening celebration on July 30 from noon to 4 p.m. for its new IMPERIAL PARK RECREATION CENTER on Matlage Way, Sugar Land 77478. The facility is now open for tours and residents can register for classes. The 17,000 square foot facility is the City's first recreation center and features beautiful amenities for recreation, health and fitness including:

1. a full size gymnasium with bleachers, scoreboards and courts for basketball, volleyball and badminton;
2. group exercise and workout facilities with beautiful views overlooking imperial park.
3. shower and locker rooms;
4. a video game room with textured ceilings and walls to resemble a cave.
5. a multi-functional event space that opens onto a patio and garden area;
6. vending machines with healthy snack options.

The annual membership fee for residents 10 and older is $10. Daily fees cost $5.
