音樂界台灣之光林威震贏得 2012 Ima Hogg 青年藝術家競賽銀牌 於23日在米勒戶外劇場與休士頓交響樂團合作演出 他與友人鋼琴家姚若華返休 演出外並與好友與樂迷相聚

台灣台南人,林威震 (WeiChen Lin) won the silver medal of the 2012 Ima Hogg Young Artist Competition. He was one of 4 finalists (piano, violin, marimba, harp) with Houston Symphony competing for the medals.

林威震 was invited back to Houston to again perform with Houston Symphony on Saturday, 6/23, at the Miller Outdoor Theater.

林威震 came back with famous 姚若華 who said she wants to be Lin's agent. Also, some best friends like Alice Wen from Houston show their strong support to Wei Chen Lin.

林威震 may come back to show his great marimba skill to Taiwanese community in October. Many of his friends in Houston will try to make this wonderful thing happen !
